1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the FluxLens platform at fluxlens.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

FluxLens is an internal email marketing and deliverability platform. Features include email list management, broadcast sending, inbox placement testing, and related tools.

3. Authorized Use

Access to this platform is restricted to authorized users only. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful email marketing purposes.
• Comply with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR as applicable).
• Not use the platform to send unsolicited email to recipients who have not opted in.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.

4. Google Account Integration

The platform optionally integrates with Gmail accounts via Google OAuth for inbox placement testing. By connecting a Gmail account, you authorize the platform to read Gmail labels on emails sent to that account by the platform. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or through the platform’s Settings page.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and content are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific deliverability outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
